Professor Woolley is the co-editor and one of the authors of the Green Building Handbook, published by "Spon Press". These books provide one of the main sources of information and advice to architects, specifiers and clients on the environmental impact of building materials and construction systems. Volume 2 has won the Chartered Institute of Building Gold medal 2001.
