The Narrows hotel & restaurant, Portaferry

A mixed development of new buildings and conversion of existing house and barn to create a 13 bedroom hotel; in the heart of a conservation area. This complicated project stitched together old and new and achieved great accessibility through layout and detail design. The clients encouraged the use of re-cycled materials and low toxicity paints.
