Design Advice Scheme for Greener Buildings - Consultants for BRECSU

The practice is registered with this scheme that provides free initial consultancy advice on how to produce greener buildings. Projects include Eco-Lodges for The National Trust, Friends of the Earth office premises, Arts-centre/Print workshop.

Feasibility Study for NIHE Eco-House at Knockbracken.

The Housing Executive funded the practice to carry out a feasibility study to convert one of the Knockbracken19th century villas into an ‘Eco House’. This would demonstrate ecological principles of new buildings and renovations. The scheme design and proposals indicated a range of ideas to be incorporated into the building, not just displayed.

Portaferry Rural Cottages for the Northern Ireland Housing Executive

The project included 20 dwellings to be refurbished, extended or replaced of early 20th Century "labourer's cottages" Phase 1 & 2 (Near completion).
